Cancellation and Refund Policy
In the distance sales contract, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the product or service purchased. The period granted for the consumer’s right of withdrawal differs according to the following services provided by the seller:
- Daily or Hourly VIP Car Rental with Driver
- Private Transfer Service
The consumer can withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and paying any penalty, 12 hours before the starting time specified in the reservation.
- Daily City Tours
- Package Tours
The consumer can withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and paying any penalty, 7 days before the starting time specified in the reservation.
The consumer who wants to use the right of withdrawal can use the right of withdrawal by notifying the seller in writing. This notice must include the consumer’s name, address and contact information.
